CrossFit is a strength and conditioning programme that is totally scalable allowing all entry fitness levels to get a great workout and great results. If you are an 80 year old grandmother or a 20 year old athlete our broadly inclusive programme will allow you to not only train together, but also prepare you for whatever challenges life throws at you.

But don’t just take our word for it. The best way to find out more about CrossFit and to get started at CrossFit HG3 (North Yorkshire’s first CrossFit Affiliate) is to visit us for a free introductory class. This free session lasts about an hour, and you will learn basic movements to use in your workouts, as well as gaining an overview of how our classes work. You will also get to experience a short workout of the day (WOD) at the end of the class, so come prepared. We’ll answer any questions you have, and discuss your needs and training options.
