CrossFit Classes

Once you have completed the Foundation Class you can attend the Group Classes. Training in a small group offers many benefits. Due to the class structure there is plenty of time to work on skills and technique, fine tune your movements to be more efficient, learn additional skills or even go for that Personal Best and get your name on the records board.

Group training is also great for motivation, by its very nature people push harder than training alone, allowing you to get the most out of your training.

A typical class will take the following structure
.
• Warm up
• Buy In
• Focus for the Day
• Run through of movements and standards used in the
•• Workout of the Day (WOD) as well as scaling options
• The WOD*
• Cool down & stretching
.
*Don’t forget CrossFit is an all inclusive programme and the WOD can be scaled to your ability/ skill level, so you still get a great workout!

*The WOD is published daily on the HG3 website for the following day

At CrossFit HG3 we actively encourage community. HG3 is a great place to meet new friends, all sharing in the same goals, to get fitter, to be better. We really want to see HG3 grow as a community in and outside of the gym so please feel free to stay around after the class, have a coffee, chat about your experiences, share tips or ask any question. Remember we may have built this gym, but we did if for you – HG3 is your gym.
